Mcoyfrog's GalleryPosted by Mcoyfrog on 4/26/2007Been doing woodworking on a regular basis since about 1997ish. I grew up next door to my grandparents, and grandpa was a very seasoned woodworker. So i've been playing with the art since I was old enough to hold a hammer. (since the 70's, mann i'm getting old)
Anyway I hope you like my stuff let me know if you have any questions or comments, good or bad I like them all, they help you grow as an artist. Also If your interested I dable a bit in glass, so check out my gallery on the partner site glassartist.org. Have a great day Doug Images

Something i've wanted to try for years, and i finally found the time. Lots of mistakes (mostly cuz i was in a hurry). But now i have the hang of it and got a few more in my head to get done. |

Made this table for a client to use as a photo layout table. She wanted me to use an old door that came out of our state capitol building. So thats the top. I trimmed it up with bird eye maple and the bottom shelf is a fairly high figured birch piece. Cut the legs outta pine and inset the pieces back in, with a different stain to give them the contrast your see. |
