Our family is very much involved with TaleWeavers. My wife, Arlene, is an accomplished weaver and quilter. Her work complements the folk art and baskets of TaleWeavers with basket liners, Irish waxed linen baskets, and other fiber arts products.
Charles began weaving baskets 30 years ago, starting with a basket making class offered at the Shaver's Creek Nature Center in Pennsylvania. He has worked in seatweaving for the past 15 years. He is mostly self-educated in the seatweaving and chair repair and restoration.
